Alix Raspé

Alix Raspé is an award-winning harp soloist and newly appointed Associate Harpist of Civic Orchestra of Chicago. Ms. Raspé holds her Master’s Degree from New England Conservatory where she graduated with academic honors, Pi Kappa Lamda. Ms. Raspé earned her Bachelor’s Degree from NYU and attended Juilliard Pre-College.
Ms. Raspé has attended such festivals as the Aspen Music Festival, the Bowdoin International Music Festival, National Orchestral Institute, and MusicAlp. Ms. Raspé has been the recipient of numerous awards including: the Annapolis Music Festival Maestro Award for Outstanding Soloist, the NYU Excellence in String Performance and Leadership Award, the NYU Orchestral Excellence Award, and the NYU String Competition. At NEC, Ms. Raspé was awarded three fellowships and First Runner-Up in the NEC Concerto Competition. In 2016, Ms. Raspé co-founded flute/harp duo, and with her duo recently created the Dorset Chamber Music Residency, a community-driven classical chamber music festival in Dorset, VT in its first, inaugural summer this 2017.
